Все чаще банковские справки и справки о статусе предоставляются специализированными частными агентствами кредитной информации, ведущими списки неплательщиков, ненадежных плательщиков и людей, которые нарушили кредитные соглашения. Справки должны содержать информацию весьма общего характера, а недавно принятые законы установили новые требования в отношении таких справок, что значительно снизило их ценность.
